Biography
"For me, art is about enhancement and enrichment. Beauty, growth and greater understanding of life’s mysteries are the bedrock of my work."

PERSONAL PROFILE
An established sculptor now working almost exclusively in bronze, Veda used fruits as a metaphor for the female torso with rich and unusual patinas.
She was born and brought up in South Africa and has subsequently lived mainly in London. However, over the years her work has been enriched by the experience of living and working in South Africa, Peru, Hong Kong and Pakistan.
Veda’s present creative focus is on bronze wall pieces, using elements such as flights of birds, clouds of butterflies, and abstract forms, which are either ‘one offs’, or unique composites on commission.
